Dr. Prahlad Narain Mathur

M.Sc. Ag (Agricultural Extension) & Ph.D. (Agricultural Extension).
He also did a post doctoral training in Trainers training for agricultural development, USDA, Washington DC, USA.

M.S.W, Ph. D.
He also obtained C.S.W.(Certificate in Social Work) from Western Reserve University, Cleveland, (Ohio) USA 1962.
